Die Teuerung macht keine Pause ...oder gibt es Auswege aus der Teuerungsspirale?
Dr. Gehring zeigt Ursachen der Teuerung und mögliche Lösungswege auf - z.B. eine neu aufgestellte Staatsfinanzierung durch das sog. Voll(wertige)-Geld. Derzeit bangen viele um ihre Existenz, nicht nur die Naturereignisse bereiten große Sorgen, sondern auch die Teuerung ist nach wie vor überdurchschnittlich hoch. Eine Besserung ist kaum in Sicht, weil für die Politiker die Anhebung der eigenen Gehälter offensichtlich wichtiger ist als eine wirksame finanzielle Hilfe für die Bürger. Der moderne Sozialstaat mit seinen Finanzierungserfordernissen raubt den Bürgern einen Großteil des von Ihnen erarbeiteten Ertrages. Der Finanzminister verzeichnet jedoch allein aus der Umsatzsteuer im ersten Halbjahr 2023 Mehreinnahmen in Milliardenhöhe!
Dr. Rudolf GEHRING von der Christlichen Partei Österreichs (CPÖ) verlangt vehement Maßnahmen zur Entlastung der Bürger. Er spricht sich insbesondere gegen jede Form der Besteuerung von Vermögen, Schenkungen und Erbschaften aus. Der Staat muss sich für seine Abgabenansprüche legitimieren, ehe er überhaupt Steuerforderungen zu erheben, berechtigt ist.
Nach Ansicht von Gehring ist ein weiteres Zuwarten durch nichts gerechtfertigt, weil
durch die Teuerung vor allem die Kosten bei den Lebensmitteln, bei Strom und Gas sowie beim Wohnen unerträglich geworden sind. Auch beim Tanken kassiert der Staat erhebliche Beträge. Überall könnte eine Verbilligung erreicht werden, wenn der Staat auf Steuern und Gebühren verzichtet oder diese zumindest erheblich reduziert.
Eine wesentliche Ursache für die Inflation liegt aber auch auf europäischer Ebene: die Europäische Zentralbank (EZB) hat gigantische Summen zusätzlicher Euros geschaffen. Leider aber nicht nur zum Wohl der Bürger, sondern für die unsinnigen Ausgaben in der Coronazeit, für Waffenkäufe im Zusammenhang mit dem Ukrainekrieg, Korruption, etc. Durch die EU-Sanktionen wurden die Preise für Öl, Gas und Strom erheblich verteuert.
Durch die laufenden Zinserhöhungen der EZB wurden die Kreditzinsen bei den österreichischen Banken stark angehoben und erschweren den Bürgern die Kreditzahlungen, insbesondere für das Wohnen.
Alle Bürger leiden darunter und müssen mit ihrem hart erarbeiteten Geld dafür zahlen. Eine Umkehr ist daher dringend notwendig!
Für alle Bürger muss eine spürbare Entlastung erreicht werden, wobei Gehring vor einer Entlastung durch neue Staatsschulden oder neue Steuern warnt. Für die staatlichen Aufgaben ist genügend Geld vorhanden und durch echte Reformen sind nachhaltige Einsparungen möglich.
In der laufenden Diskussion um eine Senkung der Steuern erinnert Gehring an die Forderungen seiner Partei nach einem „leistbaren Wohnen für Alle“.
Im Sinne einer gerechten Verteilung der Lasten fordert die CPÖ neuerlich, Gebühren und sonstige Wohnkosten von der Mehrwertsteuer zu befreien. Außerdem sollten die Zinsen nicht in die Gebührenkalkulation einfließen (= indirekter Zwang, dass keine weiteren Schulden gemacht werden). Dadurch würden sich die Wohnkosten über die Betriebskosten schlagartig verringern und alle Bürger spürbar entlastet werden. Weiters sollten auch alle anderen Gebühren und Abgaben im Zusammenhang mit dem Erwerb von Wohnraum hinterfragt werden.
Weiters ist die vor kurzem beschlossene Haushaltsabgabe zur Finanzierung des ORF aus dem Budget nichts anderes als eine zusätzliche Steuer und Belastung für die Bürger. Alle Österreicher müssen die Zwangsbeglückung durch den ORF mitfinanzieren, auch wenn sie die ORF-Programme gar nicht sehen wollen.
