Meine Lebens- und Berufserfahrung ist ebenso breit wie tief: Soziokratie / Kooperation / Partizipation, Bürgerin, Freundin, Vorgesetzten-Funktion, Lebensmittelproduktion, NPO/NGO, Mutter-Sein und Tochter-Sein, IT, Banken, Freiwilligenarbeit, Bildung, Luxusgüter, Nachbarschaftshilfe, Projekt-/Change-Management, Arbeitnehmerin, Touristin u.v.m.
Die 4-jährige Ausbildung zur zertifizierten Soziokratie-Beraterin (Certified Sociocracy Expert) habe ich im April 2017 abgeschlossen.
18 Jahre Führungserfahrung im mittleren Kader haben mich gelehrt, mit den Herausforderungen dieser ‚Sandwich-Position‘ umgehen zu können. Langjährige Tätigkeit in Beruf und die Hauptverantwortung in der Familie haben mir gezeigt, wie ich diese beiden Welten auf eine gute und förderliche Art zusammenbringen kann.
