Scheinbar mühelos fügte ich mich als Kind in die engen Regeln und starren Strukturen unserer Gesellschaft ein. Ohne es bewusst zu bemerken, orientierte ich mich an den Erwartungen anderer. Ich wollte nicht anecken oder abgelehnt werden und hab deshalb auch wenig rebelliert.
Schmerzlich musste ich immer wieder feststellen, dass, auch wenn ich mich noch so sehr anstrengte oder verbog, das vor Zurückweisung nicht schützt. Und viel schlimmer noch, dass ich mich dafür auch noch selbst ablehnte.
Heute strebe ich nach Freiheit, Authentizität und Selbstverwirklichung. Das fühlt sich viel lebendiger und gesünder an und bringt mich in meine Kraft.Durch meinen großen Wunsch nach Weiterentwicklung und meiner unstillbaren Neugier hab ich heute 5 abgeschlossene Berufsausbildungen. Ich bin psychosoziale Beraterin (LSB), Lehrcoach für IBSR (The Work von Byron Katie), Osteopathin, Physiotherapeutin, Yogaleherin (therapeutisches Yoga) und hab zusätzlich noch einige kleinere Ausbildungen absolviert.
