Wir leben (noch) in einer Gesellschaft, in der wir weder gelernt haben, einander unsere inneren Bewegungen zu zeigen, noch diese bei
anderen anzunehmen. Viel eher kommt es in der Regel zu unbewussten Kämpfen um Macht und Aufmerksamkeit. Was, wenn wir darum
gar nicht mehr kämpfen müssen? Wenn wir wirklich ein schönes Leben erschaffen wollen, müssen wir wieder lernen, uns miteinander
zu verbinden. Das „Ehrliche Mitteilen“ (EM) ermöglicht genau jenen
Kontakt. Wir erkennen, dass wir keine Gefahr füreinander sind und
können so gemeinsam eine neue Welt ohne Machtkämpfe erschaffen.
-) Jeder ist beim EM willkommen
-) Jeder Teilnehmer hat bis zu 10 Minuten Zeit über seine
Gefühle, Körperempfindungen und Gedanken zu sprechen
(Das was JETZT in diesem Moment da ist)
-) Dabei sind die Satzanfänge wichtig, um sich aus der Identifi kation zu lösen (Gefühle: „Ich fühle…“ Körperempfi ndungen: „Ich spüre…“ Gedanken: „Mein Kopf denkt, dass…“)
-) Es ist nicht nötig, dabei seine Grenzen zu überschreiten
