Werner Kratochwil, studierte Informationstechnologien in Wien, ist Vater von zwei Töchtern und intensiv in NGOs engagiert, die sich dem Klimawandel und sozialer Gerechtigkeit widmen. So hat er im Rahmen der New Shape Prize der Global Challenge Foundation ein neues Modell für die UNO mittels SKM und Systemisch Konsensieren entwickelt und unterstützt seit Jahren die Bewegung für ein Bedingungsloses Grundeinkommen in Österreich. Werner hat zuerst die Ausbildung als interner SKM-Trainer gemacht, um in allen Organisationen in denen er Mitglied war und ist, die SKM einzuführen. Dann erst absolvierte er die CSE-Ausbildung um Soziokratie zu seinem Beruf zu machen. Unter seiner Leitung fand im November 2019 in Salzburg der 1. Soziokratie & Politik – Kongress statt. Zusammen mit den Entwicklern des SK-Prinzips entwickelte er ein Politisches Modell für Gemeinden, und mit Extinction Rebellion und anderen Umwelt-NGOs einen Leitfaden für einen verbindlichen, bundesweiten Bürger*innenrat zur Klimagerechtigkeit in Österreich. Heute begleitet Werner Kratochwil Unternehmen und Organisationen aller Art bei der Implementierung der SKM und arbeitet dabei gerne mit CSE-Kolleg*innen zusammen, die seinen pragmatischen Zugang schätzen.
